What is a typical working day like for you?
Answering emails and phone calls, alongside general admin tasks.
What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?
Managing workload can be tricky when also answering calls/emails.
What are some of the biggest challenges faced by your clients?
Some clients find the accounting process tricky at first, so we need to ensure clear communication to best guide them through the process.
How are you able to use your skills to solve problems for them?
I try to use communication and organisation skills to help guide clients through what we need, while also being approachable and patient to make the process stress free.
What is your favourite part of the job?
My colleagues, they are all friendly and supportive.

I enjoy meeting new people and the lunches.
What skills do you find most useful to do your job?
The role has improved my communication skills.
