Staff Spotlight: Lauren Clark, Creative Lead

This month we spoke to Lauren Clark, Creative Lead at The Accountancy Partnership!

Give an overview of the duties, functions and responsibilities of your job.

All things creative! A few of my responsibilities consist of updating our necessary resources with any changes and updates as well as creating posts for our social media channels and overall following brand guidelines to create new exciting content for our website and marketing platforms.

What is a typical working day like for you?

I like to spend the first hour or so of my day organising my task list and completing any quick jobs before delving into my bigger or ongoing tasks such as video editing or website re-brands.

What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?

I think the biggest challenge when in a creative job role is staying proactive with new ideas. Sometimes the creative juices aren’t always flowing!

How are you able to use your skills to solve a problem

I am lucky that my team members are FULL of ideas. So if all else fails I turn to them for support and I am back on the right track.

What is your favourite part of the job?

The best part of the job is definitely the variation of projects. Most of my days look completely different throughout the week.

What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?

The free food!

Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?

I love going on family days out with my little boy. Most of the time we venture to the zoo.

Tell us about your proudest achievement.

My proudest achievement would be being a mummy.

How would you colleagues describe you?

Probably as easy going and maybe a little loud! Ha.

What are you reading/binge watching at the moment?

Now Love Island is over I have turned to Vikings of Valhalla, random I know!
