Give an overview of the duties, functions, and responsibilities of your job.
Converting new leads into sales, discussing our services with potential clients on the phone, and via email and live chat.
What is a typical working day like for you?
Look through emails that have come in overnight, sort through new leads, and then check pre-arranged calls throughout the day.
What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?
Helping people understand what services they need (it’s sometimes not as much as they think!), as well what it means to be using a remote based accountant for the first time.
What are some of the biggest challenges faced by your clients?
Covid, Brexit, and uncertainty about what they are required to do from an accounting perspective.
How are you able to use your skills to solve problems for them?
My ability to speak to people from different backgrounds and discuss how we can help them with their business.
What is your favourite part of the job?
When people decide they are happy to use our services.
What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?

What skills do you find most useful to do your job?
Being a people person helps me understand people’s needs and concerns.
Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?
I like to visit family on my days off.

Currently in the middle of Ozark.

My dog Roger for the huge amount of sleep he manages every day.
