I assist clients when they first sign up with us as well as processing Anti-Money Laundering checks, answering the phones and helping clients with general queries.
What is a typical working day like for you?
On a typical day I will organise my day when I first come in, then move onto answering client emails as well as answering the phones and processing client post.
What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?
One of my biggest challenges is trying to get through to HMRC!
What are some of the biggest challenges faced by your clients?
As a big part of my job is assisting clients with their onboarding with us, some of our clients can find the initial setup and information required overwhelming.
How are you able to use your skills to solve problems for them?
I find it important to be patient and knowledgeable in order to explain things thoroughly to our clients and avoid confusion.
What is your favourite part of the job?
Processing client post for our clients and speaking to clients on the phone.
What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?
The people I work with, it’s such a fun office dynamic working with so many lovely people.
What skills do you find most useful to do your job?
Communication and collaboration with my colleagues.
