Setting up payrolls, running payrolls, contacting HMRC, and submitting pensions.
What is a typical working day like for you?
As well as all the things you’d expect like running payrolls, there are emails and calls.
What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?
At the moment lots of companies are recovering from the pandemic, so there are lots of instances of getting staff back in and working.
What are some of the biggest challenges faced by your clients?
It’s only natural that everyone needs a lot of information in the beginning, but we are always here to help.
How are you able to use your skills to solve problems for them?
Being meticulous! We’ll look into everything to help find an answer.
What is your favourite part of the job?
Every day is different, you never know what you are coming in to.
What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?
Dogs in the workplace!!
What skills do you find most useful to do your job?
Having a mathematical view.
Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?
The woods with my dog.

Sounds cheesy, but my Dad for showing me how to be a strong person.
